My family and I love living in Cordera for a number of reasons. Number one is the quality of the people we are proud to call neighbors and friends. In addition to the people, the neighborhood elementary school is one of the best in Colorado, and within walking distance for every house; as are several wonderful parks and the great community center with fitness classes, child care, and pool. Finally, living in the booming north side of Colorado Springs puts us close to everything!

Cordera is a community for all seasons…Always something going on at our fine community center from splashing in the pool ,decorating Christmas cookies or hunting for Easter eggs! So many opportunities to bring families of all ages together. Also beautiful walking paths meander throughout the neighborhood where again you can meet and greet Cordera neighbors and friends. Not to mention the beautiful views of Pikes Peak!
Wanted to just mention…..Last Friday had dinner at the Cordera community center with our Cordera Friends over 50 group. (We just had our eighth gathering) After eating we walked outside on the back porch and witnessed the most spectacular SUNSET ever! It was fun for us to share the OOOOOOs and AHHHHHHS with new found Cordera friends!!
There are a lot of great things about living in Cordera. I love that every street is a cul-de-sac and I have no problem letting my kiddos play or ride bikes at any time. I love the sense of community in the neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other and helps each other. Great neighbors!
Plus, the neighborhood always looks great. I am proud to say that I live here!
